The condition levels we provide are as follows:

Brand New

• This product condition level is brand-new and still sealed in the factory-original packing.

New Open Box

New (System) Pull

• Before entering service, the product was withdrawn from a brand-new system (such as a server) where it had been installed. System development time, burn-in, and testing may result in relatively little handling for these goods. They retain at least 95% (possibly 99%) of their functional lives.

• Customers on a budget who require almost new dependability and performance.

Factory Recertified / Factory Refurbished
